Core Objectives
To obtain full human rights for the LGBTQ community in Namibia and contribute to the global LGBTQ social justice movement, by repealing the sodomy law and the Immoral Practices Act of 2000. To pass an amendment of the Domestic Violence Act 2003. This amendment will allow LGBTQ people to be afforded the full legal privileges as their straight counterparts. To ensure and secure parliamentary representation by strategically aligning with political affiliates that will advocate for the LGBTQ community on a legislative level. To pass an amendment of the Labour Act, to include unconstitutional discrimination in the workplace based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression. To establish prominent LGBTQ representation and allyship in all Namibian ministries.
