Manage the creation, improvement and implementation of financial policies and procedures for the organization in line with organizational and donor requirements
Oversee the routine generation of timely and accurate internal and external financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements.
Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the organization’s matters
Developing and leading internal audit and corporate compliance programs
Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish organizational goals, strategies and priorities
Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, regional and governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at large
Working to improve the health and wellbeing of the LGBTIQ+ people and targeted Key populations.
Develop policies and deliver projects aimed at addressing health inequalities and achieving the best possible health and wellbeing outcomes for the community.
Assist in the delivery and implementation of organizational health promotional campaigns
Supports the formulation and implementation of project communications and advocacy strategies
Implementation of the Project publications policy; provides inputs, content development, coordination of production and dissemination of press releases, publications, articles and sharing of project knowledge and successes.
Organization of publicity, advocacy, knowledge-sharing events and promotional opportunities.
Provision of logistics support to the events.
Provides financial information to management
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Maintains financial security by following internal controls
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Assist in performance management processes
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Management of the director’s diary and meetings
